By requesting membership, you are willingly submitting to all by-laws and standards held by Upsilon Omega Chi (UOC). You agree to completely hold harmless and indemnify UOC and its representatives/agents/administrators/contractors/employees. In the event of a loss of any kind, you agree to retain complete legal, civil and financial responsibility for all actions and occurrences with which you are involved.

Membership is voluntary and can be revoked or rescinded at the discretion of Upsilon Omega Chi without prior notification.
